Processing Times/Shipping Methods
All orders are carefully prepared and securely packaged to protect fragile glass items during transit. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not a guarantee. Once an order has been shipped, a tracking number is provided via email.
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced packages. Customers are encouraged to monitor tracking information and ensure a secure delivery location. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to additional shipping charges before being resent.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders to locations where the sale or shipment of certain products are prohibited by law. Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations regarding the purchase and possession of smoking accessories.
Packaging
Due to the delicate nature of glass, every item is wrapped and packed using protective materials designed to minimize the risk of damage during shipping. We take great care to ensure each order leaves our warehouse safely and securely.
Damaged Items; Despite our packaging, glass items are fragile and may occasionally be damaged during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
1) Your phone number
2) Clear photographs of the damaged item(s)
3) Photographs of the original packaging and shipping box
Failure to retain the packaging or provide photographs may limit our ability to process claims. Approved claims may qualify for a replacement, store credit, or a refund at our discretion.
