Orders are processed and shipped according to our Shipping Policy. Delivery times provided by carriers are estimates and are not a guarantee. Risk of Loss transfers to the customer upon delivery by the shipping carrier.

8. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Due to the fragile nature of glass products, customers must inspect packages promptly upon delivery. Claims for damaged items must be reported within 48 hours and accompanied by photographs of both the damaged item and the original packaging. We are NOT responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or misplaced after being marked by the carrier as delivered.

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to our Return Policy. Certain items, including used products, custom orders, and one-of-a-kind pieces, may no be eligible for a return.
